Return policy and Cancellation right

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days after reciept of the item! Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund and you are obligate to send the goods back to us on your own expense! All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN! Please note, that all returns are subject to prior inspection. Only after success inspection we will be glad to refund your money back.

- All returns must be properly packed in an outer shipping carton.

- All returned packages must be insured to full value.

- A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.

- If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.

- Watches made on special request or custom made watches are not subject of return policy.
