All watches sold by Toptime.eu have their original manufacturer serial numbers (only in case they were made by manufacturer) intact and all watches are guaranteed to be original and authentic. All orders will come with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate with an authorized signature from Toptime will verify that the watch purchased is guaranteed to be authentic.

Are you an authorized dealer of watches you are selling?

Yes. We are an authorized dealer for all of our watches and brands. We do not obtain watches from the 'grey market'.

Does the watch come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch we sell comes with warranty. This means that for all watches, you will get a 3 years warranty. We exceed the length of warranty to the amount provided by the manufacturer who produced the watch. You will get TWO years warranty direct from the manufacturer and your watch will be serviced in the official authorized service center of the brand and  THIRD YEAR of warranty si providing by us and our Toptime's service center! After any warranty through Toptime.eu expires, you are welcomed to forward your timepiece in for repairs (only if the watch was initially purchased from us) at cost, meaning you will pay exactly what we do.

Does the watch come complete with box and papers?

Yes, all of the our watches come with their original box and papers.

Do you sell secondhand watches?

No. We only sell brand new products.

No. We are selling only genuine products, supplied to us directly from the manufacturer.

Yes, we do. Complimentary bracelet sizing is offered at the time of purchase on all timepieces. Please state the size in centimeters. Free sizing means that we will remove links to fit the stated size. All links that are removed will be included in the package, however, no additional links will be provided if none are removed. Free bracelet sizing does not guarantee a perfect fit; it is an estimated measurement, and we are not responsible for any readjustment fees. If a sized watch is returned for a refund or exchange there will be a 10 € fee. Please note that once the bracelet has been adjusted by a 3rd party, the watch is no longer eligible for our refund policy.

No, we dont and we do not even see it, therefore it cannot be ‘hacked’ from our server.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 7 days after reciept of the item. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund and you are obligate to send the goods back to us on your own expense! All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN. Please note, that all returns are subject to prior inspection.
