TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be alterered at any time, so you should read them before every order.
GLOBAL SHIPPING
We ship our items to all countries by GLS by default. You can choose from:
1.GLS (3-5 bussiness days) 15 € ONLY in EUROPE
2.Express Mail service (EMS - 2 bussiness days*) 32,50 € WORLDWIDE
* Please note, that 2 bussiness days is delivery date for most European countries. Delivery to some less frequented countries may take longer time.
SHIPPING AND ITEMS PROBLEM
If a shipped order was lost or damaged postal companies must conduct an investigation. Please contact Us to initiate a tracer within 5 business days of the item arrived to you. If the package is not located, Postal companies will process a claim for the package. Claims can take one month to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Toptime, s.r.o. and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Toptime, s.r.o. will gladly refund your original payment.
MISPRICED ITEMS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
On occassion, an item may be mispriced. If you purchase a mis-priced item, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and relist the product at the correct price. Toptime, s.r.o. strives to provide customers with the latest and up to date information on all merchandise it carries. However, the information provided on the merchandise pages might not be up to date or free from errors. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have any question or regarding the merchandise.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days after item was dispatched from our warehouse. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN. Please note, that all returns are subject to inspection.

All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton.

A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.

If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders recieved during a day will be shipped next day morning. If any additional customer´s requests or questions will be recieved order will be dispatched after all issues are clearly discussed. If the item has a "made to order" sign, delivery date is 14 days. In some particular cases company can ask for an advancement.
PAYMENT METHODS
Toptime, s.r.o. will accept payments via the following methods; credit cards via PayPal, cash on delivery (Czech republic and Slovak republic only) or wire transfer.

We ship to PayPal Verified accounts after payment is cleared. Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Toptime, s.r.o. corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to Toptime, s.r.o. that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.

Wire Transfer
Toptime, s.r.o. accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. After your order, you will get our bank account number. As your note, please fill your ORDER NUMBER. Toptime, s.r.o.(our bank - UniCreditBank) usually receives domestic wire transfers up to 3 business days; international wire transfers about 4 to 5 business days to process. Please contact us at info

Toptime, s.r.o. will service every watch sold on our website for a period of
3 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. If you believe that your automatic watch isn't working properly, please write us details about a problem to our email: info

Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product. Toptime, s.r.o. does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from Toptime, s.r.o.. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturers water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. Toptime's warranty doesn't cover watch batteries.
PRIVACY POLICY
Preservation of your privacy is important to us and we are committed to letting you know how we use your personal information. Information which identifies you personally will be utilised only to provide the services you require and for providing you with information about our products and services. It will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without your permission unless we are required to do so by law. If cookies are used they will similarly only be used to assist the purposes set out in this privacy policy, but cookies will not be used if we do not consider them to be necessary. We do NOT store your credit card information.
