How do I know the watches advertised on Toptime.eu are AUTHENTIC?
Are you an authorized dealer of watches you are selling?
Yes. We are an authorized dealer for all of our watches brands. We do not obtain watches from the 'grey market'.Does the watch come with a warranty?
Yes. Every watch we sell comes with warranty. This means that for all watches, you will get a 3 years warranty. We exceed the length of warranty to the amount provided by the manufacturer who produced the watch. After any warranty through Toptime.eu expires, you are welcomed to forward your timepiece in for repairs (only if the watch was initially purchased from us) at cost, meaning you will pay exactly what we do.
Does the watch come complete with box and papers?
Yes, all of the our watches come with their original box and papers.
Do you sell secondhand watches?
No. We only sell brand new products.
Do you sell fake/replica watches?
No. We are selling only genuine products, supplied to us directly from the manufacturer.
We ship our items to all countries by GLS by default. You can choose from:
* Please note, that 2 bussiness days is delivery date for most European countries. Delivery to some less frequented countries may take longer time.

No, we dont and we do not even see it, therefore it cannot be ‘hacked’ from our server.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days after item was dispatched from our warehouse. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN. Please note, that all returns are subject to inspection.
- All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton.
- A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
- If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.
